Common cause

Democracy as idea is a power of all people.But democracy as reality is a power of majority only.That mean democracy as reality has not correspond to democracy as idea.Discrepancy like that lead to tyrany of majority.Such tyrany is unfair and unjust,becouse a minority is a part of people also.Minority payes taxes ,fight for country against enemyes ,in word a minority a participant  in all common causes of people.That is why minority has right to govern country as well as majority.Democracy must became"common cause" of all people.
